Notification of return must be provided to the supplying Retailer within 14 full days of vehicle handover and vehicle returned within 4 days of the notification. Other than any fair wear and tear, the Vehicle must be returned as per original conditions to qualify for the offer with all keys, loose items and V5. The deposit will be held until V5 returned. Vehicle must be returned by the customer to supplying retailer. Upon return vehicle cannot have any charges or claims from any third party against it. You must not have made a previous purchases under the 14 Day Return Guarantee in relation to any vehicle in the preceding 12 months from the date of a proposed purchases. Offer available on new orders between 1 October 2023 to 31 December 2024.
DS Automobiles reserves the right to change, amend or withdraw the offers at any point in time. 

 Available on DS Online Store only. Delivery will be made only to your home address, which must be the same as the billing address on your finance agreement. There is no charge applied for home delivery. Delivery will be carried out only by your nearest DS Retailer. Excludes Highlands, some Scottish postcodes, Islands and Northern Ireland. Your Retailer will drive your vehicle to your home address. Please note that the mileage of the vehicle on delivery will include the delivery miles. Your Retailer will only deliver your new vehicle to the person named as the customer in the order acknowledgement.

Delivery will not be completed if: 

· you fail to provide your Retailer with your
order reference number and appropriate identification documentation confirming
you are the customer as stated in the order confirmation 

· on arrival at your address there is no clear and
safe place for your Retailer to park your new vehicle; and/or  

· conditions at your home address fail to meet
reasonable health and safety standards, or where delivery would put your
Retailer at risk of injury or death.


You are required to provide your Retailer with proof of your identity and address and copies of your proof of identity and address upon delivery of your vehicle. Your Retailer will verify these documents before your vehicle is released to you and your Retailer will retain the copies you provide.  

 

If you are not present in person at your home address at the agreed time and date to take delivery of your new vehicle, your Retailer will leave you a note informing you of their attempted delivery and of how to rearrange delivery or collection.  

 

If you do not re-arrange delivery, we will contact you for further instructions. You may be charged for any further delivery costs, which will be notified to you prior to such re-arranged delivery.  

 

Offer available on new orders completed on the Vauxhall Store between 6 April 2023 to 4 July 2023. DS Automobiles reserves the right to change, amend or withdraw the offer at any point in time.   

Every vehicle on the DS Store is displayed with an anticipated delivery window. This is a forecast based on our current production capacity and is subject to change, but is included to give you an idea of when you could expect to receive your new DS. Please note - DS is impacted by temporary challenges in the global supply chain including certain component shortages. Unfortunately this means that some customers may experience significant delays to delivery. Working with the DS Retailer network, we will ensure all of our customers are kept up to date regarding the status of their new vehicle orders.  

 This website allows you to order your brand new Vauxhall online.

Start off by picking a model and then personalising it the way you like it, including choosing your favourite colour, engine, interior trim and additional options.

When you are happy with your vehicle, and it is time to calculate your finance deal, where you have two options, Personal Contract Purchase (PCP) or Conditional Sale (CS). For PCP you can set you deposit amount, agreement duration and annual mileage to suit your needs, with the option to buy the vehicle at the end or hand it back. For CS you can set your deposit amount, agreement duration, but you will not need to specific your annual mileage, and you will own the vehicle at the end. If you're interested in a difference finance option, your local DS Retailer will be happy to help.

Once you're happy with your finance deal, we'll ask you to create a MyDS account so that you can save everything, and then select a DS Retailer who will fulfil your order.

After that, we'll hand you over to Vauxhall Finance where you can do an online finance application and get a real-time decision. For this you'll need to have your driving license, bank information, employment history and address history to hand. If your finance application is successful, you'll receive an email from Finance confirming the good news and asking you to finalise your order online.

Once you complete your order online, you'll receive an email from us with all of the details and next steps.

And that's it! The whole process should take between 20 and 30 minutes. 

Once you've completed your order online, we'll send you a confirmation email with details of all of your selections and information of what will happen next.

Straight away we'll get to work on processing your order, including arranging it for delivery to your selected Retailer if it's in stock, or building the vehicle if we don't have anything in stock that matches your selections.


Once we've processed your order, the Vauxhall Online Sales Team will give you a call to confirm the latest status of your order and expected timelines for delivery.


Once the vehicle has been built and has arrived at your selected Retailer, you'll receive an email from Vauxhall Finance inviting you to sign your finance contract online.


As soon as your finance contract has been signed, your selected Retailer will be in touch to collect your finance deposit and arrange a handover date that works for you. 

Once you've completed your order online, we'll send you a confirmation email with details of all of your selections and information of what will happen next.

Straight away we'll get to work on processing your order, including arranging it for delivery to your selected Retailer if it's in stock, or building the vehicle if we don't have anything in stock that matches your selections.

Once we've processed your order, the DS Online Sales Team will give you a call to confirm the latest status of your order and expected timelines for delivery.

Once the vehicle has been built and has arrived at your selected Retailer, you'll receive an email from Finance inviting you to sign your finance contract online.

As soon as your finance contract has been signed, your selected Retailer will be in touch to collect your finance deposit and arrange a handover date that works for you. 

During your online journey, we will show you an indicative lead time to build the vehicle you've personalised. However, we do have stock of certain vehicles and may be able to offer you an earlier handover if that is convenient.
